Challenge 3: Speed Skaters

Tune in to watch Blues’ players Marcel, Patrick and Caleb as they do the Speed Skater challenge – a great way to improve your balance, coordination and muscle strength.

Here’s a recap of the Speed Skater steps:

  1. Balance on one leg
  2. Touch your toes with your opposite hand
  3. Jump sideways
  4. Then land on your opposite leg
  5. And repeat!
